Terms and conditions

• A valid government issued photo ID is required for all rentals.

• Riders must be at least 18 years old to rent a bike. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• Passage Bikes may refuse rentals to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Bikes must be used responsibly and treated with care.

• Each bike includes a lock and must always be secured when parked.

• Overnight rentals require safe indoor storage.

• Bikes must be returned on time and in the same condition they were rented. Failure to return a bike may be treated as theft.

• Renters are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.

• Riders participate at their own risk and are responsible for following local traffic laws and safety guidelines.

• Photos taken during rentals or tours may be used by Passage Bikes for promotional purposes.
