By choosing to rent with Passage Bikes you automatically acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions.
- When renting one of our e-bikes the customer is required to submit a valid government issued photo ID.
- The bicycle is to be used as a means of transport and must be treated with care, common sense and diligence .
- All riders must be at least 18 to rent a bike. We also have a minimum height requirement of 1.5 meters, for adequate control of the bike. Riders younger than 18 can ride at parental discretion and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Passage Bikes can refuse to rent to people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Each bike is equipped with a lock, if the renter decides to park the bike the lock must be used to secure the bike. In the event of theft the renter must pay 400-800 euro depending on the value, as compensation for the e-bike
- If renting the E-Bike overnight, always store it safely indoors, and lock it.
- The Bike must be returned within the agreed amount of time, in the same condition, to the same place where it was rented or an agreed upon location. The Bike will only be considered returned only when it is returned to a representative of Passage Bikes in person. Failure to return the bike without prior notice or without proven exceptional circumstances will be considered an act of theft and the renter will be reported to the police.
- You are responsible for the bike you rent, if you bring the bike back damaged, you are required to pay for the repair.
- Passage Bikes is in no way responsible for your safety or any accident that may happen and carries no liability whatsoever.
